With effective stress management, you'll find that your life gets easier, you solve problems better, it's more fun and enjoyable and you will say "Life is good!" a lot more. This workshop will help you understand and diagnose the stress in your life, identify your stressors and assess your readiness to make changes. The aim of this workshop is to provide the participants  with methods, tools and techniques for them to take and develop a systematic approach to combat the stress in your life.

LOAD, AIM, FIRE - HITTING YOUR TARGETS - GOALS FOR LIFE

Whether you are already working towards a specific goal, or yet to decide upon the direction you want your life to take, this workshop helps you get absolutely clear about what is most important to you, what you need to be focusing on and how you can get to spend more of your time doing the things you love to do. The workshop is focused specifically on designing powerful goals and managing them in  bite-sized chunks. Each participant will come away with 3 inspiring goals and a plan of attack to get there. Set up your life powerfully by spending time on getting clear on your dreams, 'map-out' your goals and focus on the direction for your life.
